Leadership
Developing a vision and mission
A clear vision and mission form the foundation of every organisation, initiative, or personal ambition. In this training, participants learn how to clearly formulate their vision for the future and their mission. We work on translating ideals into concrete direction and meaning. Participants develop an inspiring compass that guides them in making strategic choices, communicating effectively, and creating long-term impact.
Systems thinking for leaders ★
Learn to think in systems to better understand and solve complex problems. This training covers core principles of systems thinking, how to recognise patterns, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions with broad impact — essential for leaders in organisations and projects.
Team roles and collaborations ★
Strong teams emerge when people recognise and utilise each other's strengths. In this training, participants explore various team roles and dynamics within collaboration. We examine leadership, communication, conflict styles, and group processes. Through practical exercises, participants learn to collaborate more effectively, take responsibility, and contribute to a positive team culture. This session helps participants better understand both themselves and others within a team context.
Developing a business model
In this training, participants will learn how to turn an idea into a viable, sustainable business model. We'll use tools like the Business Model Canvas to clearly define the value proposition, target audience, partners, cost structure, and revenue streams. Participants will discover how entrepreneurship and impact can intertwine, and how they can strengthen their concept's position. This session offers practical tools to move from idea to implementation.
Financial applications
Good ideas often require funding to become a reality. In this training, participants will learn how to write strong financial proposals for grants, funds, or investors. We'll cover the structure of a proposal, formulating goals and impact, budgeting, and persuasive argumentation. Participants will gain insight into what funders are looking for and practice presenting their plan professionally and realistically.
